LOCAL PICKUP -
Orders can be organized to be picked up locally for Newcastle based clients. Our pick up locations are Toronto and Tighes Hill. Should you wish to organize local pick up please select this option at check out. An email will be sent to confirm your order within 24hrs and then an email to arrange collection when your order is ready for pickup. We aim to have all orders ready for collection within 2 business days.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using Sendle. With a delivery time of 3-5 business days. Please allow for variations of these times during peak postal times, eg Christmas. You will receive an email to advise your order is on its way and tracking information. A Flat rate shipping fee of $11.95 applies to orders shipping to locations within Australia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time we do not offer international shipping through our website. Should you really love an item and wish to place an order please reach out to us at hellomosshome@gmail.com. Please provide your postal address and your wish list and we can look to provide you with a shipping quote.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hellomosshome@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
