OUR STORY
Our journey began with a mission to break away from the ordinary, offering people a curated selection of homewares that transcend traditional design boundaries. At the heart of Hello Moss beats the shared rhythm of motherhood, where we draw inspiration from the beautiful chaos and boundless creativity of our children. Each piece mirrors their uninhibited love for vibrant hues and playful patterns. Hello Moss is proudly Indigenous owned and operated on Awabakal land in Newcastle, NSW. Our founders, Chelsy and Courtney have a profound connection and respect of the land and coast with its delicate balance of nature, which now influences every aspect of their designs. Their aim is to bring a genuine sense of connection to their creations, intertwining their love of culture and design with the essence of family. We believe that our pieces should be a catalyst for shared moments, where each creation serves as a beautiful starting point for stories, laughter, and connections in the heart of your home. What sets us apart is the meticulous craftsmanship embedded in each piece. From bowls to coasters, our resin homewares not only serve as functional elements but also as expressive art forms that tell a story. Our creative process involves experimenting with colors, textures, and patterns to deliver items that elevate your living spaces. Beyond aesthetics, we pride ourselves on the durability of our products. Our commitment to using high-quality materials ensures that each creation withstands the rigours of daily life, maintaining its vibrant allure for years to come.

OUR FOOTPRINT
Our resin homewares contribute to sustainability by their long-lasting durability, reducing the need for frequent replacements. While not biodegradable, their longevity minimizes the overall environmental footprint, making them a sustainable choice in terms of resource efficiency and waste reduction. Additionally, our production of resin homewares involves eco-friendly practices, such as utilizing recycled packing materials or employing energy efficient manufacturing processes such as using reusable silicone gloves, reusable silicone mixing and pouring utensils and paper hair nets. Our products are not mass produced and we only manufacture small quantities to sell for each drop to ensure the least amount of over production and wastage possible. This combination or durability and responsible production methods enhances our overall sustainability profile, offering our customers a stylish and conscientious choice for eco-conscious consumers.
OUR PRODUCT
When seeking quality materials for our products, it has been essential for us to find options that are FDA approved. The FDA approval ensures that the resin complies with the safety and quality standards set by the Food and Drug Administration, making it suitable for applications like kitchenware. Ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and durability has always been our top priority. We've conducted extensive research to find FDA-approved resins that not only adhere to strict regulatory guidelines but also maintain exceptional hardness and durability. Our commitment to this combination of safety and quality gurantees that our products not only bring colour to your space but also uphold the utmost standards of reliability and longevity. In embracing the artistry of slow and handmade craftsmanship, it’s important to recognise the unique character that arises from the handmade process. The occasional presence of minor bubbles attest to the authentic, non-mass-produced nature of our homewares. While we strive to achieve perfection, the nature of resin while curing may occasionally lead to minor imperfections. These imperfections tell a story and make each piece unique. Please be assured that our commitment to delivering quality extends to your satisfaction and we will only sell products we know you will love as much as we do.
